About Me

I have over 15 years of experience working in nonprofits and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2010.

For four years I provided individual and family therapy in East Oakland with children and families in a Medi-Cal program, and managed and supervised staff in that program as well.

I received my Master's at UC Berkeley and completed internships in a medical respite for Homeless individuals as well as at the SF Veteran's Hospital.

Currently I work at Lifelong Medical Care in addition to my private practice.

I have extensive professional and personal experience with the LGBTQ community and with Queer and trans parents. I have two children. Physical activity and my spiritual practice, which is mostly Jewish, are my ways of staying grounded and mindful.
